While staying at the Beach Loft, you’ll be able to enjoy the privacy of a gorgeous remodeled wooden getaway with 2Bedroom 1 Bath and full functional kitchenette; all while planted on the main drag to various beaches and trails exploring much of what coastal Maine has to offer without being in traffic to get there!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash dishes and leave in drying rack. Towels can be left in the bathroom and strip beds so housekeeping knows which beds were used. Thank you!
Trash and recycling bins in the driveway are for your use when and if needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
As a host living in the abutting home, it is expected to keep a normal noise level after 10pm for my family and neighbors.
Our rental has a deep staircase and it is not handicapped accessible.
