Seconds from Vaca Cut - the boat lift is for guest use - will allow the quickest access to the open Gulf! Sandbars, fishing holes, diving spots and great boating galore! Spectacularly appointed, the home boasts comfortable space and an open concept. Eat-in kitchen with dining table, light coastal decor, comfortable furniture and a nice covered open porch! The bedroom opens to the canal, it offers a nice Queen bed. The bathroom is large and not attached to the bedroom, but conveniently located off the hallway.
