My wife and l loved the property, the location was great looking at ocean from the balcony. It was very spacious and had all the necessities you needed. Loved the stay would rent again.

This condo is perfection! The views are gorgeous. We love to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins in the morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and we had everything we needed. The best part about this condo is that the beach isn’t crowded. Our favorite condo in Orange Beach.

5 Stars – A Perfect Beach Getaway!

This condo was everything it was advertised to be and more! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The management was responsive and helpful, the space was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home.The beach access was perfect—just steps away—and we couldn’t have asked for a better location to relax and unwind. Everything we needed was right there, and the comfort of the condo made it hard to leave. We’ll definitely be back!

Great everything

Fist time here and couldn’t have picked better. So close to everything (even foley event center ) for volleyball tournament but not in too crowded of an area. Beds were the comfiest we have had away from home. Love the decor. I think the best condo at the resort- top floor, directly on beach with beautiful unobstructed views and on end furthest from sky rise next door

Great location

This place is wonderful. The only negatives were the fact that there was no extra toilet paper, no extra garbage bag(not even 1), and there were sugar ants all over the kitchen countertops. When you pay big $ for a weekend stay at a condo, that seems to be the least that could have been offered. It isn’t as if those things cost much money at all. It would have been nice to have at least enough TP and bags for a weekend stay(5 adults)

The View!

Great 5th floor condo with awesome views of the beach. Very spacious and everything was clean and in mostly good working order. Thomas Bruce, the property manager, came within minutes to solve the issue of the kitchen disposal which we noticed on the day of our arrival. He was so helpful with quick repairs, shared our parking questions, gave us local restaurant recommendations and insisted we call for any problems. Great to have that local service. We did think the parking permit in the off-season is a bit unnecessary since the parking lot was less than 1/3 full. A couple of suggestions would be to have extra towels in the unit. There were a total of only two hand towels for us and our overnight guests. Extra pillowcases for the many spare pillows in the closets are needed, too. Though the kitchen stove and oven worked, only 3 burners were operable. None of the burners were level. Overall, the unit is private with a spectcular view. The Palm Beach Resort is well-maintained, not too noisy and we loved the heated pool and easy access to the beach...no stairs. Loved the location for walking and riding bikes across the street at the state park. All in all, a great place to vacation. We hope to be back there again! The Nelsons
