The house was open, clean and well stocked for our needs. The dogs loved the yard! A plus for us! The host was very quick to respond to all communication. He graciously allowed us to stay an extra night due to inclement weather.

Lexington Wedding

I was in town for a family wedding. This was a perfect location and great place to stay. The backyard made for a nice gathering space for my adult sons and their cousins. I highly recommend this place!

Great location to KHP!

Property was super convenient to KHP, local restaurants and shops. House was perfect for our 4 guests, spacious and modern. Extremely pleased with the cleanliness and offerings, especially bathroom toiletries which included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. Property was stocked well, but the bathrooms needed some better scrubbing... there was also mildew on some of the shower walls.

Very clean and efficient. Nice kitchen and back yard. Great set up for a couple or family with kids. We had six adults (3 couples), and it is not the ideal set-up for that (1 larger bed bedroom, 2nd bedroom had bunk bed, and 3rd sleeping place was a futon in the main living area with room for one adult. Fortunately we are good friends.
