Chardonneigh House is
20 minutes from the Horse Park, the interior is devoted to the Horse and even our name NEIGH pays tribute to the horse!


We are 30 minutes from Rupp Arena, and Keeneland, about 40 minutes to the Ark Encounter, and we are close to most Central Kentucky attractions!

The space
There’s one bedroom with a full size bed, one bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a comfortable daybed on the other side of the house.
We provide extra sheets and pillows.
Five people can sleep comfortably at Chardonneigh House.

We have one full bathroom and one half bathroom. It’s difficult for 5 folks to all use the same bathroom so we have converted the old laundry room into a half bath.

The kitchen is well appointed and has all new appliances. Fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, lots of dishes, pots, and pans.

There are three televisions and all have HDMI outlets for your streaming device. Plus we have internet and WiFi.

There’s a washer and dryer provided for your use, as well.

Coming in Spring 2023…a screened in gazebo!
We’ve added everything (that we can think of) to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

There’s a gas station, liquor store, and a Dollar General store within easy walking distance.
