Welcome to our beautiful Cape Cod home in Seacoast Shores!

Our home in located on a quiet street steps from an Association beach. We sleep up to 10 people with plenty of room to spread out in the front living room and a spacious sunroom/family room.

Four Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is plenty of room for your extended family. Other amenities include central A/C, full kitchen, washer/dryer in basement, deck, gas grill, newly refinished fenced-in private yard, large driveway, and shed full of beach equipment.

1) Bedrooms:
*Bedroom 1: First floor, Full sized bed, Sleeps 2
*Bedroom 2: First floor, Full sized bed, Sleeps 2
*Bedroom 3: Second floor, Full sized bed and twin bed, Sleeps 3
*Bedroom 4: Second floor, Full sized bed and twin bed, Sleeps 3
(Please note that the upstairs bedrooms are very large)
2) Living Space:
The living room is situated by the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a family room/sunroom providing more hangout and relaxation space. Three televisions, Cable TV and wifi available.
3) Yard: Large deck with outdoor furniture, newly renovated fenced in yard, gas grille, conveniently stocked shed and a kayak, and fire pit. Also, 4 car parking in driveway.
4) Beaches: The private association beach is small & protected by the bay and Washburn Island. Many public beaches are a short drive away. Menauhant Beach is 3 miles away. Weekly beach parking stickers are available through the Falmouth Beach Department.
5) Our location is perfect for all of your Summer vacation needs!! Cape Cod Winery, Historic Downtown Falmouth, Bad Martha's Brewery, Mashpee Commons, bike paths, and many golf courses. Also, Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is a short drive away.

We provide ALL linens and towels. So just bring your clothes and enjoy your stay!

NO PETS - NO SMOKING.

The house was very clean and a great deal for the price. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids to spread out and be comfortable. The shaded deck and fenced in back yard were perfect for families. Upstairs bedrooms were spacious. This house was supplied with many practical amenities - toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, salt & pepper...lots of extras. Communication with the host was perfect. Highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful week at Lisa’s home in East Falmouth. It exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, and more spacious than the pictures show. It had all the amenities we were looking for. Lisa was a delight to correspond with. She answered all our questions promptly. She was extremely accommodating!!We would not hesitate to rent this home again! Great location with a nice association beach very close by.

A nice cozy home! Needed a place to stay for a race weekend in Falmouth, was not too far from downtown Falmouth where the event took place. The house was well furnished and was a very relaxing place to stay before and after our races. The owner was responsive and check-in/out were straightforward. Thank you!

Great long weekend for the Falmouth Road Race. Super clean, and host is really responsive. Enough space to spread out. Convenient and short walk to the little Association beach and easy drive to larger beaches and downtown. Thank you!!

Lots of room, close to the beach

Myself and 7 of my friends stayed here for the 4th of July. The house was absolutely wonderful and the owners were super responsive and helpful. At one point we even locked ourselves out and were able to get a second key in a timely manner. The backyard and bedrooms have so much room and the house is a couple of streets down from a small bay beach which would be great for little kids. Menauhant beach is about a 7 min drive away. Menauhant is on the smaller side and a bit rocky with a limited amount of $20 parking, but still very nice. Overall we have a great time here and would highly recommend!

Overall very disappointed with this home. Central air conditioning didn’t work well. Downstairs was cold and upstairs was hot. Guests downstairs froze while trying to cool the upstairs so guests in those bedrooms could have some cool air. Upstairs bathroom sink wasn’t clean (months of build up around faucet controls). ALL beds were extremely HARD. Some of our guests ended up sleeping on the couches and on an air mattresses we happened to have with us. It was awful. Felt like we were sleeping on box springs instead of mattresses. They were also loud every time you moved. We used mix and match towels from the linen closet because there weren’t enough towels out for the number of guests we confirmed in our party. Lastly the owner reached out the day before check in and asked us to checkout a hour earlier than our reservation. They wanted to start cleaning to prepare for the next guests. I didn’t appreciate that they tried to change the checkout time after contracting for something different. Couches were old and pieces were falling off (see photos). No front lawn for children to play on. Only dirt (see photos) Would not recommend this home to others.
