Welcome to the “suite" spot: a renovated cottage in a forested wonderland that’s walking distance to town. It has a full kitchen (minus a dishwasher), a Queen bed, a sectional/Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a bath with a tub/shower, and an outdoor patio area with a table and chairs. {Please note: there is no door between the living room and the bedroom.) Savor the distant ocean view and breathe in the pine-scented air. Carmel’s pristine beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries are just minutes away. Driveway parking. Note: there are two vacation rentals on this 1.57 acre lot. NOTE: Reduced rates due to potential construction noise M-F on a neighboring property.

On the positive side, the bed is really comfortable and it’s in a good location. It’s a cute space. On the not-so-great side, There weren’t any towels and it wasn’t super clean. The carpet was pretty stained and there was a worm in the bathroom. Normally I would say no big deal but for the cost I don’t think that should be an issue.

Nettes kleines Cottage in toller zentraler Lage, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit lieblosen ungepflegtem Außenbereich.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis daher nicht wirklich ok. Agentur sehr bemüht, auch kurzfristig Lösungen zu finden.
