Single level 3 bedroom, fenced yard, central air

Our home is a 3 bedroom, lower portion of a tri-plex offering 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins beds and 2 twin cot rollaways, fenced back yard with patio furniture and firepit, full kitchen pet friendly, washer and dryer access, central air. All bedrooms have smart tvs and 43" TV in living room, fast Wi-Fi. Please be mindful when parking, there are 2 designated parking spots in front of the home which is the paved area, please do not park on the cement pad.
The space
Please make note of parking area for this apartment. Two spots are reserved for this apartment. Your parking is the paved section of the driveway, please do not park in the spot that is concrete. See photos. You can also park on the street, however alternate parking is year round and changes daily at 6PM.

We had a great stay! Perfect accommodation for an over night with my husband and our two small children. Chay was so flexible and easy to communicate with. We were so appreciative of the ability to do early check in which allowed us to get the kids down for nap once we arrived! Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a funeral so didn't spend much time here, but it was a great stay. It is small for 5 adults but perfect for a clean safe place to stay. The neighbors Halloween decorations were a great treat!

Great location

We were attending a Syracuse University graduation and needed a place for 6 of us to stay. This place was a great location for all of us to meet. It was close enough for us to visit Syracuse and the place allowed our family to get together and play games and hang out the night before. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Host was wonderful. I was having troubles entering the house and she came over immediately to help me. The house was well stocked and very clean.
