The Space: Welcome to Casa Luna! Nestled in the quaint Wagener Terrace neighborhood of Charleston, this impeccably renovated duplex exudes charm and sophistication.

Enter through the inviting porch and step into the heart of the home, where the open living, dining room, and kitchen await. The living room beckons with its spacious layout, featuring a large L-shaped couch and a Smart TV preloaded with top streaming apps, perfect for entertaining a few friends or indulging in a cozy night in. The fully equipped kitchen stands as the centerpiece, boasting a massive island with countertop seating for four, ideal for casual meals or lively conversations. Adjacent, the dining area offers additional seating for four, completing the perfect space for gatherings and shared meals.

Retreat to the primary suite, where luxury meets comfort with a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and a lavish ensuite bathroom adorned with double vanities and a beautifully tiled, expansive walk-in shower. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen size bed and access to the common bathroom, featuring a single vanity and shower/tub combination.

For added convenience, guests are provided with a reserved parking space in the driveway, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.

While the backyard is currently off-limits to guests, there's no shortage of nearby attractions to explore. Just a 10-minute drive will lead you to Meeting St and Market St, while a 12-minute drive takes you to the picturesque White Point Gardens and "The Battery." For fitness enthusiasts, Ethos Athletic Club is a mere 1.2-mile walk away, offering the perfect opportunity to stay active and invigorated during your stay.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
