Welcome to the Finney House - boutique hospitality that feels like home!

This original 1850s farmhouse has been transformed into thoughtfully curated suites, while preserving the charm of original woodwork, exposed brick, and hardwood floors all blended seamlessly with modern amenities. Unwind with morning coffee on the porch, explore nearby trails and markets, or simply relax in your space. Expect attentive service, pet‑friendly warmth, and authentic local experiences.

Suite 101 is a 400 sq ft studio located on the front side of the 1st floor. It includes a queen bed, a sofa, full bath, built-in desk with a chair, fully stocked kitchenette with a small table and two chairs, and stacked washer/dryer.

All bed/bath linens, soaps, coffee, tea, kitchen basics, and paper products provided.

Pets are welcome with a $45 pet fee. Please add all pets to reservation when booking.

Located within an hour of Hershey Park, Lake Tobias, Fort Hunter, and Little Buffalo State Park.

Our stay was great! Very clean and comfortable! The property was beautiful! The decor was Farmhouse/Vintage and so well done and welcoming, we absolutely loved it! First time staying in a studio apartment so I was a little skeptical, but it turned out to be excellent! We would highly recommend!!!!

A quick one-night stay

Very nice apartment with a great front porch. New and very modern appliances. Bed was comfortable. It was a cold night outside, but the heat cranked! Easy lock system on the house's front door and apartment. Plenty of parking room behind the house. The only reason for a 4-star location was some road noise. It wasn't a problem most of the time, but at 6am/7am it was a little loud in the morning. Only a 15 min drive down to Duncannon to access the Appalachian Trail.
