We ran into a minor issue during our stay and the owner was amazing about fixing things. He was very communicative, quick to respond, and super helpful.
The scenery is beautiful with a creek close to the house and a covered bridge that reminded of us of a book cover picture...The property is well maintained and obviously very quiet sitting on 60 acres. There was an abundant amout of snacks, codiments and drinks placed for our convenience. All the necessary appliances, cookware, dishes and cups. The sleeping arrangements were perfectly placed and cozy for our stay. All amenities were spot on...The bath was very relaxing, I'll certainly be back...Great Job Tim, Thanks again!!

Some improvements needed
We were visiting family in the area during our stay, and were only really at the property to sleep and shower each day so we didn't really check out the property outside of the house. The kitchen had updated appliances. The internet was also very limited. While WIFI is available it is a satellite service and you will not likely be able to stream content.

Hi Anthony, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The location of our vacation home is part of its charm, however, we apologize for the issues you experienced with the WIFI. It’s unfortunate that there is not good WIFI service available in this area. We apologize for the inconvenience.- While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

Cozy Country House
The house itself was nice, and well stocked. The location was peaceful, and safe. If it wasn't for a few minor issues, it would be the perfect place!
The listing claimed there was internet and cable, neither of which worked during the duration of our trip. Being out in the middle of nowhere, we had no cell signal. And with numerous internet speedtests clocking in at 0.02 - 0.08mbps (yes, you read that right), Wifi calling didn't work either. We had to spend extra time in town every day to get emails and calls taken care of...which is slightly inconvenient.
Someone prior to us left a partially eaten poptart behind the toaster oven, which propmpted an unexpected visit from a furry friend.
If the internet situation gets better, I would happily stay here again!!
