The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all garbage and recycle is placed in bins outside. And all food and drinks are disposed of properly.
Please make sure all lights, heating, stove, grill, and AC units are turned off before leaving. The only item that should remain on is the air purifier.
Please make sure all windows, doors are all locked before leaving and returning key back to the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All linens and towels to be thrown in hamper in front closet.
All garbage and recycle to be thrown in bins located outside in the back patio to the left of the back exit
Make sure all lights, appliances, heating, cooling off before leaving and closing all windows and doors.

Cute cottage

Unfortunately we were there during a rare heat wave. Only a/c in one room. Too hot to enjoy several lovely outdoor seating areas. Two of us did go out in back to fish the creek. It's a quiet street just off the main drag in Livingston Manor so great location. Very clean when we arrived and yard is well cared for. They let us check in an hour early which was nice. We'd stay there again!

We are so happy you had a great time! Our master bedroom does have an AC unit under the window. And one in the second room. Maybe just an oversight but we are so happy you enjoyed your time despite the heat :) glad to have you back anytime
