This property worked great for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is a drive to the beach, but the public parking garage makes that easy to use.The pool is smaller than depicted in the photographs, but adequate for a few folks to get wet. It could be stretched if they were a number of rambunctious kids but we did not have that problem. We would suggest that for extended stays additional towels be provided. There was one set for every guest, but that meant doing laundry on a more regular basis. We would also suggest adding to the inventory of pots and pans and storage containers. They were inadequate to be able to make meals for the number of people that can occupy the house.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and well-located house. It’s very clean, and the layout is perfect for two couples and our mother. Everyone had their own space but could also gather in the large kitchen/living room area. The manager was very accessible for our two questions. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving break (2022). We enjoyed this luxury home very much. There was more than enough space for everyone, it was equipped with all the necessities (beach/pool towels, beach chairs etc.). The place was very clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to the beach as well as the shops and restaurants on 5th ave., short walk to the Mercato (more shops and restaurants). Overall, great place and we had a great time!

Fabulous

We’ve done a lot of VRBOs, but none that fully livid up to the billing. This place really exceeded our expectations. Down for a family event at grandson’s graduation. 3 generations. Worked perfectly. Real value. Minor thing, pool is smaller than you imagine but it’s terrific!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed a week in this house. Everything was perfect. The house is comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean. Location was good. 5 minute drive to the Vanderbilt Beach parking garage and several grocery stores are nearby. The only complaint I would have is that the pictures of the pool are slightly misleading. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the pool - our grandkids loved it - but it is considerably smaller than the pictures might lead you to believe it is. All in all,we had a great week!
