This two-story home boasts a beautiful Master Suite on the main floor, has a romantic flair with a beachy theme. There is a King bed, walk-in closet with safe, large bath with shower and over-sized tub. Glass doors open to the walled courtyard, pool, and spa. A night swim or a soak in the spa gives you the "ahh, I am finally on vacation" feeling. Across the courtyard in our cabana are private guest quarters with a Queen Bed, a kitchenette, full bath, and a private entry. Upstairs are 3 guest bedrooms. There is a queen bed and twin bed in the first room. The second room has 2 twins and a half bath. The 3rd room has 2 twin beds. There is a full bath with shower in the hall. Our housekeeping is using bleach in approved amounts for enhanced cleaning. As the owners, we manage our own homes. Feel free to ask us for information about restaurants, boat rentals, fishing opportunities, golf courses, kids activities. We are happy to tell you about our favorite places to dine, shop and play in Naples. We strive to provide an excellent vacation experience for all our guests. Our guests in Ritzy Rabbit enjoy the enclosed heated in-ground pool and spa. They love the short walk or bike ride to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The villa is conveniently located just five and a half blocks from the beach and not far from the "NEW Uptown", Mercato. Mercato is the newest HOT SPOT in Naples with dining, shops, Bars, Movies, and nightlife. It features a Whole Foods Market. Ritzy Rabbit is not far from golf courses, tennis courts, library, movie theaters, nature preserves, the zoo. A short walk to beautiful Delnor-Wiggins State Park (pass included) on the beach takes only about 15 minutes, or grab a bike and be there in just a few minutes, (we provide Delnor-Wiggins State Park Pass for free entry and parking at the beach). Dining on the Beach at the Ritz Carlton is a treat you won't want to miss. For an "Old Florida Flair" Try the Lighhouse and sit on the Bay.
The kitchen is truly gourmet, with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Includes everything you need to prepare a Holiday meal. Our GUEST BOOK will guide you to the grocery stores, abundant shops, movies, and activities, dining and night spots. Need more information? Feel free to call or text us during your stay with requests for information etc. We are there to help make your vacation stay, one of your best. Our Villa is wonderful for family vacations. The separate cabana is great for the grandparents, that teenager, or the newlyweds. The upstairs with three bedrooms makes this a great area for children. A TV allows them to have their own space. The award winning beach, spectacular sunsets, heated pool and spa, and spacious accommodations, make this perfect for a family vacation.

We had a great four weeks stay at the Rizzy rabbit. The house was extremely comfortable and very well maintained. The screened pool was enjoyed by the entire family, especially by the young children. The house was close to the beach and an easy walk or bicycle ride. it was great having beach chairs and bikes available to the renters. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with when anything was needed. The location of the house was convenient for shopping and accessing restaurants, though on a pretty busy road.

My husband Ron and I purchased this home new because we fell in love with it. The floor plan, the way the living room opens to the pool and Lanai, the spa, the separate cabana room, and the proximity to the beach, all make it a perfect vacation home. I grew up in Naples, and have always considered it home away from home. Ron and I were married here, and spent our first years together in Naples. We have always made this our family vacation spot. Our entire family loves the weather, the relaxing atmosphere, and the proximity to shops, activities and of course the beach. Each year we spent more time here, feel healthier here, and have now made Naples our permanent home.

Naples Park is fast becoming a Beach Community. It is relaxed and casual. Being so close to the beach, gives you the Gulf breeze, beautiful sunsets, and lots of Sunshine. Naples has become a destination for international travelers. Boasting over one hundred golf courses, arts venues, water sports, a water park, shopping, dining, and nature preserves, Naples has something for everyone. Ritzy Rabbit is conveniently located. It is close to all the essential shops and pharmacies, as well as groceries, Whole Foods, and Sam's Club. North of our home in Vanderbilt Beach is one of the largest malls in America, Coconut Pointe Mall. Miramar is a wonderful outlet mall also just minutes north of us. We are just 25 minutes from Regional Southwest International Airport in Ft. Myers. To our south is the Philharmonic Center for the Arts, Waterside Shops, Fifth Ave. and Third Street.
