The house is found in a calm street vertical to one of the most crawded avenues of Athens, full of clubs that connects the Athens riviera directly with Syntagma sq.
Trendy bars, cultural centres, universities, amazing Acropolis view restaurants and everything one might need is in just few minutes walk from the house. All nightlife events too take place really close to the house. Metro is just 1 km, bust station is outside, taxi are outside the house and one has to walk 1,5 km to reach Acropolis.

We have renovated this old apartment into a super modern intelligent, eco-conscious home, where the consumption of energy is very well taken care of and we are offering our guests the best quality stay they could have, as if it were ourselves who stay there.
