Cottage on Grand

Welcome to the Cottage On Grand! Take a 3 minute drive to Walker’s Bluff Casino & Resort, or a short bike ride to the local ice cream shop, bakery & antique shop. Southern Illinois University is 7 miles west of the property. Also located nearby are other local vineyards, incredible hiking, and Crab Orchard Lake. If you’d rather stay in, you’ll enjoy the fenced back yard & patio for al fresco dining. Air mattress is available upon request. Linens, towels & body wash all provided.

The space
One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. The master has a 32" Roku TV. The comfortable living room also has a 50" Roku with the Roku channel and Netflix.

Great Stay great location

We enjoyed our time at the Cottage on Grand. The beds were comfortable and the living area was welcoming and cozy too. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the local bakery and enjoyed the quick drive to Carbondale.

Comfy cottage

This was a nice spot to stay while visiting family nearby. It was easy to check in and out, clean, and there were plenty of extras provided (blankets, towels, snacks/coffee, and an info book about the area). The host was very helpful when I needed something! Recommended spot!

I stayed at Cottage on Grand with my sister and three children. We checked in late Wednesday night and left Friday morning. The home was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive to messages. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage on Grand. We were not sure about the area in the basement where the 3rd bedroom was set up, so we only used the rooms on the main floor.

Home away from Home!

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and loved Trent’s rental. The beds were quite comfy as well as the living room furniture. There are many thoughtful amenities available and it is tastefully decorated. Be aware however that there is not a washer and dryer. Wasn’t an issue for us though. Would stay here again!
