We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. This is a well-kept private lake house, not a resort, and it is furnished and priced accordingly. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable property with the amenities guests need to enjoy their time at the lake. Regarding the microwave, there was a brand-new microwave sitting on the counter in the unit during your stay. Had we been contacted about the microwave or any other concern, we would have been happy to address it. Simple communication during a stay can resolve many issues quickly and gives us the opportunity to make things right while guests are still on the property. We would also like to clarify that each unit has its own individual fire pit, and guests are welcome to move their fire pit to different areas of the property. It is not a shared fire pit among the five rentals. We appreciate your positive comments about the dock. We will always review maintenance concerns and address anything that genuinely needs attention, but we also encourage guests to communicate with us during their stay. Our goal is for every guest to have an enjoyable experience at the lake.
