This two-story townhouse has been beautifully updated and is located within the gated community of Shipyard Resort, perfect for both beach and golf enthusiasts. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this townhouse is ideal for families and groups of friends.

The slightly elevated first floor features a spacious living room and flat screen TV. A half bath and laundry room are located just beyond the living area. The open-concept kitchen with a center island, breakfast bar, dining area and family room with another flat screen TV are also on this floor. You'll find two private decks on this level providing comfortable seating to relax and chat with family and friends.

On the second floor are three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a king size bed and an en suite bath with and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and en suite bath. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Beachwalk Villas is just a few steps away from the Shipyard Beach House, which has restrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and salt after a day at the beach.

Guests of Beachwalk 145 have access to all of the amenities within the Shipyard Resort, including miles of bike paths that wind past ancient oaks draped in Spanish moss, tranquil lagoons where you may spot an otter, egret or even an alligator basking in the sunshine. Additional amenities within the resort include 27 holes of spectacular golf, the Van der Meer Racquet Club, and the Brickyard Pub.

The Shipyard Resort is just a few minutes' drive to all the dining and entertainment that Hilton Head Island has to offer, sure to please every member of your family!

The unit was decorated very nicely and IT WAS VERY CLEAN!!! Being located next to the pool was great, yet only a quick walk to the ocean. Very quiet and we were there on the 4th of July!! We will be going back.

We were very happy we were able to rent this beautifully property with hours notice, and they even allowed us an early check-in. The townhouse was as spotlessly clean. The kitchen provided every necessity needed and so much more. The starter paper product and detergent packs were generous and lasted us all four days we were there. Adults can be at the beach in an easy five minute walk along a resort- only paved path. With children I would recommend a beach wagon to help. The well- maintained pool was just across the parking lot. I would be happy to stay here again, and highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Very clean, well designed, cozy, updated bathrooms, and it was very quiet throughout the rental property. The layout of this condo is really ideal for a family and friends, as every bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are extremely comfortable! We had one minor issue with some plumbing in the shower, and the Rental Company/host were super responsive and sent a plumber out immediately to unclog a drain for us. If we come back to this area, we will definitely choose to stay here again! A tip for future renters: it’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach from the condo, and I wished that I would’ve brought my wagon to load up each day and roll everything from our condo down to the beach!
