Our condo is newly furnished in a coastal-modern style with just a few vintage coastal pieces including the dressers and artwork. Otherwise, all furniture, TVs, and accessories are new. It offers a spacious, open layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and private balcony.
Important Information:
No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
Location: 3rd-floor walk-up (no elevator).
Parking: There is plenty of free parking.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
