About this property

In the heart of East Nashville and walkable to All People Coffee, this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home features brand new upgrades, appliances, full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Perfect for longer term stays (30 day+)!

The driveway holds 2 vehicles with plenty of room.

Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and smart TV. AC and Heat are oversized window units (not central). The house is in the shade with a nice family of trees and does not get hot.

The living room has seating for 5 on the couches (which also can be used as an extra bed) and a 50 inch smart TV.

This neighborhood is trendy and expensive to buy in. The duplex is very safe. The neighboring duplexes are in rented by families who have lived there a long time look out for another. Everyone is really nice it's safe to walk around.
