We were really thankful to find this place and the property manager was very helpful and communicated well however the property was dated and the kitchen overall not as clean as I was expecting. It was also cluttered. Ants in the kitchen pantry and bedrooms were a problem. It was nearly impossible to not do damage to the hardwood floors with no felt underneath the futon that had metal legs. The neighborhood was quiet. The property overall needs some more work done but has potential. I, however, would not stay here again.

Listing facts here: • Your stay cost me $8,000. The insurance policy you bought was at $1500 max. •The damage you did to my original hardwood floors was a little more than “scuffing”, estimated by R&S Flooring at $7,104 to repair. • You broke the legs off my couch, left it for us to discover and I had to buy a new one. •You complained about ants on a coffee cup you left out. Pest control, housekeeper and house manager all confirmed not a single ant was found. •You left old and used appliances and dishes that you didn’t want, for me dispose of. •I’ve been hosting guests for 7 years and have never received a 3 star review.

That's an easy one. Goodlettsville is one of Nashville's oldest neighborhoods and it's got the 'lucky trifecta' - It's beautiful, it's safe and it's close to nearly everything!

What makes this property unique

The way that its configured, gives my guests many lodging options depending on what they're looking for. The enormous back yard is host to a huge selection of birds and fireflies in the summer. It's very peaceful.
