If you are interested in a longer term rental, our home offers a retreat close to Nashville's best restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy our fenced shady backyard with space to retreat and reflect or play ball with your four legged guest. The covered front porch or the balcony off the owner suite is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. If you work from home, you'll enjoy our super fast internet and office space. We are located close to downtown and Opryland and are 15 minutes from the Nashville Airport. Bedrooms feature new blackout shades and comfy queen beds.

We purchased this home, as a space to stay when we visit family. We currently live in Colorado and enjoy mountain biking, trail running and hiking. We want you to feel comfortable in our home and enjoy the space that offers a retreat form the busyness of the city while being close enough for easy access to East Nashville, Madison, and all the routes around town.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it offers almost an acre and a fenced yard with native plants, birds and occasional visits from deer. We love the space, the charm of an older home with updates. East Nashville and Madison offer great dining and entertainment options and our home offers easy access to all areas of Nashvile.
