Waterfront Bayside Beach Retreat
Park your car in your dedicated spot that you can see from the front door and enjoy all that OC has to offer! Our place is newly renovated. The condo is ground level and has a waterfront balcony situated on a canal that you can see the bay from. The balcony is perfect for entertaining with 2 tables and seating for 6. You'll be able to walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes, launch your kayak or fish and crab from your condo's back door! Inside the condo there's a full kitchen, dining room with seating for 4, island bar with seating for 4 and full laundry. The living room has a queen pull out sleeper couch and smart 55" TV with Xfinity cable. The master bedroom has a king bed, 32" TV with Xfinity cable, a private bathroom (no tub) and access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a 3 bed bunkbed- 2 twins and 1 full (the bottom pulls out). The TV is the 2nd bedroom is a 40" ROKU TV connected to the WiFi and does not have cable.
