Amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in the desirable Royal Woods community. Close to US41 and all that is has to offer including shopping, dining, entertainment and short drives to the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva. Close to Florida Gulf Coast University, Hertz Arena and JetBlue Park. The villa has luxury flooring, hardwood kitchen cabinets, exotic granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. Luxury fixtures and finishes abound. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place.

All brand new furniture in this completed remodeled villa. Outdoor fireplace on the enclosed patio is the destination on cool evenings.

Fully stocked kitchen utensils, serving dishes, pots and pans. We even have kid friendly plates, bowls and cups in addition to the fine adult plates, bowls and cups.

We stock the cooking basic condiments and spices. Coffee and tea station is a guest favorite.

We supply pool and beach toys and towels as well.

Wonderful place

It was in a great location was very well kept up. The walls are a bit thin heard the neighbor snoring super loud through out the night. Found like 5 cockroaches while there and there’s a bees nest right out side the door. Easy access it didn’t really have a check in process or a book to let us know what we needed to do at check out. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Perfect for groups who want to visit

Loved our stay at this property. There was 5 of us total (2 couples and a single) and the space was perfect. We loved the layout which allowed us to relax, play games and have meals. The place was spotless and so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Cozy space to relax!

Scott and his property were great! The house was clean, classy, and easy to use! The multiple screened in porches were also nice. Scott was accommodating and very vast to reply! Would definitely stay here again!

College Visit Vacation

We stayed here while touring colleges in the area with our daughter and another family. Scott’s home was the perfect location. The home was beautifully decorated with great amenities. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather on the couch and watch tv. The neighborhood was a bit older but very quiet and relaxing. The pool was a short walk and very clean! Scott was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.
