This executive home, located a quick 15 minutes from the airport in northeastern San Antonio, is perfect for golfers, military families, a fabulous family vacation, girls weekend or a romantic getaway.

The main floor features a large master bedroom that includes a king size bed, large walk in closet and full size bathroom, including two person Jacuzzi tub, large shower, private separate toilet room, and a his and hers vanity.

The family/great room backs on to the kitchen and features comfortable seating, a granite fireplace and a 60” Samsung LCD TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and an island perfect for serving up a family meal or appetizers with friends. The dining room includes a large dining table that seats eight comfortably.


This home includes three patios. One on the second floor which has a view of the golf course and is protected from the rain and sun, the second one is on the main floor off the great room, and provides seating and tables for eating and entertaining. The third patio is off the kitchen and is a smaller private patio offering early morning shade when the main patio is sunny. The main floor patio includes comfortable seating, gas Grill, patio table and chairs. This is a great place to enjoy your guests and to entertain.

The second floor includes a sitting area, two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one with an extra single bed, a full bathroom and a beautiful balcony, a great place to grab your drink, sit back and relax!

For those little family members a new Pack-n-play and high chair is available. There is also a baby bathtub, stroller and toddler chair and toys

The home is located on the ninth hole of the Northern Hills Golf Club. One of the 18 hole golf courses in San Antonio, this affordable course provides a challenge to golfers at all levels. The club includes a driving range and putting green.

This home is very close to several local restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions. The famous River-walk and Alamo are only a 30 minute drive from the house and offer a great combination of dining, nightlife, historic sights and more. The San Marcos Outlets, one of the largest outlet malls in America are only 30 minutes away while The Forum, one of San Antonio’s most popular malls is a mere 10 minute drive from the house. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon leaving set the garage remote on the kitchen counter, lock the patio doors, back door and front door from the inside and leave thru the garage. Press the garage keypad to close the garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking or pets on property is not allowed, will result in 200.00 damage fee applied if smoke or animals are detected in home .
Everyone wants a clean grill to cook on. If you leave it un-cleaned; 25.00 fee applied Garage door opener not returned or lost, 50.00 fee applied
Sleeping spaces for 7 adults are available. Children will be charged the $20 cost per night if they cause your group to exceed the 6 person limit.

Beautiful Clean and Spacious!

It was such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. It was super clean and had plenty of room. The homeowner was very friendly and was quick to respond. It is also located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is perfect and you have everything within driving distance. Highly recommend this gem and would stay there again in the future!

Great vacation!!

The house is beautiful and the owner is great. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had and did more than you could ask to make our stay wonderful. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The house is only about 20-25 minutes from downtown and is close to anything you might need but the neighbor is peaceful. Would definitely rent from her again.

Immaculate Property. Quiet and Friendly Neighborhood.

Beautiful Home. Our stay was too short. Fantastic Garden that wraps all the way around the house. It looks small in photos but there is plenty of space. It is VERY well kept and the cleanest VRBO my family and I have stayed in across 4 states. The owner, Mrs. Florence, is a great host and responds quickly to messages. I can't say enough good things about this property. We will definitely prioritize this place over any other in the future.

Family Trip

The was our first family trip in 8 years. Florence was very accommodating during this process as we had booked our stay and had to adjust dates because prom was scheduled during our stay. She graciously allowed us to move our date by a day. The property was very clean and well kept and we enjoyed our time in it.

Perfect Place for Us

A friend of ours from Florida met us in San Antonio and stayed with us for 5 days at Florience's home. It was perfect for us. Aside from being a beautiful home - very clean, very well equiped, and comfortable - it was quiet inside and out. Our friend stayed upstairs and we stayed in the master bedroom - even though I got up at 5:30a to make coffee every day, she didn't hear me. I would definitely recommend this home.

The best experience we could ask for!

This is our first time using a vacation home and I was a little nervous in renting one but my family and I couldn't have been more pleased. The neighborhood was safe, the house was clean and as advertised. Florence was very quick to answer any and all my questions. We had 3 kids and 5 adults and it was perfect. Thanks for everything Florence and when we plan our Fiesta Texas vacation, your property will be the one I want to stay at.

This house is great! Florence was amazing to work with. Have been staying in Vrbo’s for a lot of years and this the first time the host has ever called me the day before to see if we had any questions. House is centrally located to just about everything in S.A. Had everything we needed and was very safe behind locked gate. Area is good , close to HEB for groceries . Hidden gem on the north side of San Antonio

Great property in a small gated community. The owner was extremely quick to respond to inquiries. When our travel plans changed at the last minute, we were able to check in 2 hours early which was great!!! The house had all the amenities that we needed and was very well kept. The neighborhood is in an area where there was a lot of road construction so there was a bit of traffic which was why I gave it 4 stars on the location. We would return. Thanks for having us!

Quite Pristine Home Away from Home

My son moved to San Antonio mid-2015 and we decided to go to him for Thanksgiving so we could see a little bit of Texas. This home was easy to find, 15 minutes from the airport, in a quite neighborhood, and fairly close to my son's house. I was very very happy I chose this home. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare everyday meals and a big Thanksgiving dinner. Seriously - there are tons of dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, bowls, etc., etc., etc.. Also, the large table in the dining room was great to have for our TG dinner. Master bedroom is off the main family room and is spacious with a huge bathroom and closet. The bed was very comfortable. The other two bedrooms upstairs were good size and the beds were also comfy. We pretty much spent our entire 4 day vacation hanging out at the house. The weather was a bit tricky while we were there. A couple of nice days then it got extremely cold. So we used the A/C and then the heater too - both worked great. My husband & son enjoyed the patio and spent many hours out there catching up. My daughter & I spent many hours enjoying movies and baking in the fabulous kitchen. Overall a great stay. Truly a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

Situated in the heart of San Antonio this home offers easy access to major Highways without being too close to any of them. It is a new street with only 13 properties tucked into a scenic quiet part of the city. I love to walk around the golf course in this friendly neighbourhood. This property is gated and fenced for additional privacy.

What makes this property unique

This home is on a pie shaped lot with lots of plants and fruit trees (lemon peach apple orange) and a variety of flowering trees and shrubs and palm trees.
The master-bedroom has a two person Jacuzzi with 22 foot ceilings and romantic lighting; while the second floor has a fresh bright feeling with a private marble patio for reading or enjoying that morning coffee. For the avid golfer, it's a short walk to the driving range and putting green. On a quiet morning you can see and hear the golfers on the signature hole, from the second floor balcony! A third patio in the back yard is a quiet alternative in the morning shade of summer , or a warm comfort in the winter afternoons.
