Penthouse Suite #3401 is a large and beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath penthouse with fabulous unobstructed views of Medano Bay, Land's End and the city lights of Cabo San Lucas. Enjoy your Spring Break getaway at one of Cabo's best resorts, Villa del Arco, located at one of the few Cabo beaches that are safe to swim. You will have an array of activities and amenities at your doorstep. Jet skis, parasailing, horseback riding, ATVs, and many formal and casual dining options within a short walk of your 4th floor penthouse suite!

This penthouse suite is 2,165 sq. ft. interior size plus an additional 1,023 sq. ft. of wrap-around terrace that includes a large jacuzzi tub ready to go when you arrive, along with a gas BBQ grill to supplement the well-equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are included in the suite. Daily housekeeping service included!

Beautiful oceanfront penthouse

Everything was absolutely perfect about our stay! The oceanfront penthouse is located at Villa del Arco, right on Medano Beach, with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez! The resort has 3 pools and multiple hot tubs (as well as our own private hot tub overlooking the ocean!) We did not have any problems whatsoever. We loved it!

No Better Oceanfront View in Cabo

This spacious penthouse condo is located right on Medano Beach at the Villa Del Arco Resort. The wraparound balcony provides beautiful sunrise and sunset views of the Sea of Cortez. We took advantage of the wonderful beach and pool amenities during our stay and enjoyed excellent dining experiences at Neptune and El Patron (at Villa Del Arco) as well as Carbon (at the adjacent sister property, Villa Del Palmar). This penthouse 3BR suite had everything needed for a week long stay.Jim was an excellent host. He responded promptly to every request we had prior to the trip. He connected us with a personal concierge who answered questions we had about the property including the all-inclusive upgrade which we selected. Jim also gave us some tips about local restaurants and activities to consider.The staff at Villa Del Arco were amazing - from the restaurant managers and staff to the poolside and beach servers as well as the housekeeping crew and the front desk staff. Even the beach vendors added a fun dimension to the experience. The photos highlight the beauty of this condo, but it is even better in person. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer place to stay in Cabo
