Colorado River Retreat, Stay and Play on the river.
Newly renovated efficiency upstairs one bedroom has an updated kitchen, bathroom and all furniture. Complex is an extended stay apartment/motel property. Each unit is uniquely furnished with everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen has full sized refrigerator, range, microwave and everything you need for a comfortable stay. All cooking and serving utensils are provided. Bedroom offers a queen sized bed with nice cozy linens. Living room has two recliners. We offer a great value on the beautiful Colorado River with a day use dock for tenant use. The complex has laundry facilities and is walking distance to Safeway, restaurants and banks. All utilities, wi-fi and weekly housekeeping is included in the rental rate. All units are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING!

Shangri-La Riversuites is a nice quiet property located directly on the Colorado River. We strive to ensure all units provide everything you need to make your stay with us comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and include nice linens. We are located off highway 95 to ensure peace and quiet. Property is located behind Safeway shopping center so you can walk to get groceries, laundromat and restaurants. Property also has laundry facilities and day use dock. Many of our units have river views.
