The Space:
Set high up on the hill in the middle of the woods you enter through the screened in porch to this private, two bedroom, one bathroom home. The hot tub waits for you on the newly built upper deck. There is more outdoor living space than inside! There is also an outdoor propane fire pit and propane grill. The dining room is the screened-in back porch. The kitchen is compact but has a full size refrigerator and stove. There is a dishwasher and the cabinets are fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishware, pans and everything you need to stay in and enjoy the quiet of the woods.

The bathroom has a shower and tub, double vanity, and all towels are included.
We are located less than a mile to the Hogscald Hollow public access for Beaver Lake, Arkansas. There are two paddle boards and two kayaks included with your rental. If it is cooler outside don’t worry you can spend hours on the back deck watching the deer, red tail hawks, and squirrels while soaking in the hot tub or resting near the fire pit. We do have an office area if you would like to stay awhile and work from our place instead of yours! There is great internet which doesn't happen often this far out in the woods! There is a TV, DVD player, and local channels. This property shares 10 acres with the owner's residence. You share a driveway with the owner but it is very private. Eureka Springs is only 25 minutes away.
Pet Friendly – Direct approval required before booking. $50/pet/stay (2 pets maximum/60 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $150 plus the required pet fee.
The house is surrounded by outdoor fun and lake access. Every season is magical on the lake. Spring is beautiful, with its dogwood and redbud trees in full bloom. Summer provides incredible weather for boating, fishing, and sunbathing. Fall brings colors that provide an amazing backdrop! You can cuddle up to the firepit and watch the many eagles that call Beaver Lake home in the winter.
