Park at street level in the quiet residential neighborhood and descend a few steps to a courtyard with potted plants and surrounded by a privacy screen of shrubs. A table, 4 chairs, an umbrella and a grill are provided so you can enjoy this secluded setting.
The front entrance leads to a living room facing southwest with old growth paneling that comes alive with color with a bright sunset. Carpeting throughout the home is beige with a white vaulted ceiling and a gas burning Carmel-stone fireplace. A wall of windows reveals forest and a view of the distant ocean. A long narrow deck runs along the back and side of the house with rocking chairs and an Adirondack chaise.
A cozy grouping of furnishings in front of the fireplace includes a plush sofa with chaise, burl-wood coffee table, white leather loveseat, Asian chest end table and a flat-screen TV.
A den is situated just off the front entrance overlooking the courtyard and has an Asian-inspired desk and Asian wall art . Built-in shelving and cabinets hold books, games and playing cards.
The kitchen will make gourmet meal preparation fun and easy. Features include a large skylight, stainless steel countertops and backsplash, stainless steel electric range, refrigerator and dishwasher and a bistro table for 2.

An oval wooden table with upholstered chairs can seat up to 8. Beautiful dishes, glassware, serving pieces and linens allow you to entertain in high style.
