Beautiful home and property. Enjoyed seeing turkeys , deer, raccoons, and groundhog. Very comfortable and centrally located to buffalo and Niagara Falls. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed here for 12 days in August. The area is beautiful and peaceful, like you are out in the country. There is a bike and walking path right across the street that runs along the water. We would definitely recommend it!

Stayed 2 nights, with friends in early fall to visit our daughter at UB. Quiet, safe area with easy access to campus, groceries.and Niagara Falls or Buffalo. The house is well maintained, everything works and kitchen is well furnished for cooking meals for 6. We loved the "old school" character of the place from a time when things were made to last if well cared for. Bedrooms are comfortable and shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Lovely view with nice trees out back.Might see a deer while drinking morning coffee. Would certainly stay again.

The place was great it was very clean. We came day before snow storm they had it plowed out for us before arrival. Host was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We came from Florida for a funeral and wanted somewhere close to relatives. Would love to come back in better weather. Thank you for your hospitality.

Came for the weekend with my grandchildren. Beautiful property in a nice country setting everything well stocked, towels sheets and some other things you may have forgotten at home. Hosts were very accommodating and great communication will definitely stay again.
