Well appointed with bottled water and snacks and beautifully quiet and peaceful. I slept wonderfully and it is a reasonably short bike ride to Cal State Bakersfield

A great place to stay in a great location if you want to avoid hotels. This is a private, detached studio in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood, not far from several connected walking trails (River Park) and major shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Carlos was very easy to communicate with. Excellent internet and climate control. It was lovely to have a driveway to park in although street parking is also abundant. There were amenities for purchase available in the room and while I didn't partake, I thought it was a very nice touch. I would stay there again. Online fotos are accurate.

Very nice accommodations for ONE guest. Clean and organized. It's a nice neighborhood. I liked being able to park the car in the driveway. I walked to the park and gym. Lots of shopping and "things" nearby.

Cute little place

The place is cute and Carlos is very friendly and very quick to respond to messages. There’s everything g you need for a couple people to stay easily. There’s only a coffee maker and a microwave, but that fit our bill nicely. I’d definitely stay here again.
