About this property

Nestled off of a long driveway at the end of a cul-de-sac, this cozy house provides a private and peaceful stay in Lakeville. You will have the entire house to yourself including a deck with eating area. A large yard provides ample space to run around and the two ponds on the property attract various wildlife. The house is located within a few minutes of Hotchkiss, IMS, and Salisbury School, making this the perfect stay for a long weekend or short term rental.

This house provides easy, one floor living with three bedrooms and two full baths. A large living room provides ample comfortable seating to watch tv, read books, or play games. The dining room sits 4 people comfortably and is easy access to the well-equipped kitchen. Overlooking the two serene ponds, the large deck provides the perfect place to watch birds, groundhogs, and deer while drinking your morning coffee.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and walk in closet. The two other bedrooms have twin beds and share a hall bath with tub/shower.

While this is a family friendly listing, please be aware that the deck has stairs to the yard (we have a baby gate) and there are two small ponds on the property. Please supervise your child while playing in the yard. We have a pack n' play and high chair for you to use.

Lastly, to make your stay more comfortable during the hot and steamy months there is a portable a/c unit in the living room as well as a window unit in the primary bedroom. Fans are available as well. There are also two dehumidifiers to help with the mugginess.
