Please note:

This is our primary residence, which we rent out quite a bit when we travel, etc. We have it professionally cleaned and fully disinfected for you before each reservation. We clear hanging space in each closet and a couple of drawers per dresser and clear out the refrigerator. There will be some of our personal stuff in the other drawers, cabinets, and closets. But we leave ample room for guests as well.

The internet is Spectrum fiber optic with wifi. Speeds of 200+ Mbps!

We come by to mow the lawns and tend to the gardens about once per week, at your convenience. We will arrange a time with you. We do not need to enter the house at these times and will stay distant.

There are 3 fixed floor unit air conditioners (not central AC). There's an AC in the main living space/dining area/kitchen vented through the chimney. There is an AC in two of the four bedroom. Two bedrooms share an AC and the fourth bedroom is in the basement, which never needs AC, even in the hot summer.

We recently had the basement finished with a family room, full bath, and bedroom with Queen-sized bed. This area is heated by space heaters.

Living room fireplace is decorative only.. for now.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. We stayed for a ski weekend and was easy to get to mountain. The home was comfortable and well appointed. Good spaces for kids. The owner was also easy to access for any communications.

Amazing Home and Homeowners!! A must stay!

I regret writing this review because I don’t want anyone but me to know about this house. Mine all mine lol! Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in the Berkshires. The location of this home is incredibly convenient to skiing, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Winter Weekend in the Berkshires

We had a lovely stay in this quiet corner of the Berkshires. Easy commute to ski mountains and to Great Barrington for supplies and to get a sense of the local culture.

Beautiful home near sights

This is a wonderfully renovated home with great views -- more than enough space for our group of four adults. I would say on any other weekend, this wouldn't be an issue -- but we happened to be there during a heatwave. The house has individual AC units in the bedrooms upstairs and the living room. The bedrooms were nice and cool at night, but the living room/kitchen area never could get cool enough during the 95+ degree weather when we were hanging out in that space. It wasn't a huge deal (we had just assumed central air) -- but just a note if staying in extremely hot weather! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and exploring the nearby sights.
