The perfect stay for a large family! We used both units for our stay! Everything was very comfortable! However, the oven was not working in the Unit A. We were able to use Unit B which was good. Jake came by and was a great contact and answered some questions we had. Would highly recommend- enjoyed the 12th South area for lunches and our event was in Vandy area and downtown. Would stay again, for sure!!

Great location, short ride to downtown. A couple coffee shops within walking distance. Clean, nice bath towels and sheets. If you like extra blankets, I would bring some. Plenty of sleeping spots. Key pad entry worked well for multiple people coming and going to get in. Bring Kleenex if you like. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Ice works well in refrigerators. Would definitely recommend a stay.
