Large house in a nice neighborhood. We were a group of 9 occupying 7 bedrooms with queen beds and full baths, kitchen well stocked, plenty of seating in living room and dining room and location within walking distant of trolly stop #4. Excellent!

Large property that was located in a relatively safe neighborhood with excellent access to what we needed. Rooms were large and each had a bathroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was also large for that if we chose to. Off street parking for 1 car. House was generally clean. The front door lock was a bit misaligned, but that can be easily fixed by the homeowner. Sometimes it would not lock on the first try. Overall a great place to stay.

The house had plenty of room for the whole group. I was unable to get answers from the host about things in the house so we had to adjust after we arrived. There was a couple of house keeping issues that I wish the host would have paid attention to, we ran out of toilet paper in 3 of the bathrooms, an upstairs bathroom shower had mold so we were unable to use that, a chair in the master bedroom was covered in dog hair.

Had a great time in Nashville. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Numerous bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two kitchens were nice for storage. 15 minutes from downtown, safe neighborhood. Owner was great to work with, very accommodating and responded to inquires pretty quick.My only advice to owner was to take some time to fix the little things. I know the desire is to flip the house to the next renters quickly but a few fixes and updates would make the property outstanding. Broken microwave, virtually all 0f the shelves in the refrigerator were broken or missing, making main kitchen fridge a challenge. Missing toilet seat cover, and all of the pots and pans are trash and need replacing. Same with many of the towels, some are ripped and many are stained. Besides these items, everything was good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We were a group of 14 there to celebrate birthdays and anniversaires. The house was perfect. Lots of room for our large group. Everyone having their own bathroom with their bedroom made it the perfect place for all. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

The home was fantastic and met all of our needs. Loved having a bathroom in each room, huge kudos to whoever made this happen! Easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown, $20 split among 6 people. Grocery and local restaurants are also minutes away.

Enough space for our big family in a central location

All 8 bedrooms had their own bath room which was perfect for our group of 21 including 9 kids from 5-16 years old. The only negative was the house was a little dirty. With such a large group it was perfect for us.

Spacious, well equipped house - very comfortable

We had a family reunion with 15 adults and 2 toddlers. Everyone appreciated so many bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. The large open living room was wonderful! Owner was responsive to messages. Would stay here again. A+

Fun family home

Plenty of space for 17 of us for a Thanksgiving family reunion. Beds weren't super comfortable, but okay. Never ran out of hot water. 2 fridges and 2 w/d. Quiet neighborhood but some road noise from busy street close by. Would rent again.
