Host was very friendly and helpful. I was only in town for one night to visit my son and just needed a place to sleep and shower. It was perfect for that. Had everything I needed. I would stay here again for sure.

Poor communication with host for check in process and did not have multiple beds in front living space in order for us to sleep 6 comfortably. Host tried to change apartments with us due to a hot water issue and then when when we got there someone was in that apartment… The host did not seem to know where we were staying at all.

On the day of arrival, an unexpected hot-water emergency occurred. We immediately contacted the guest and offered a full refund or relocation as alternatives. The guest opted to continue with the stay. Additionally, the reservation was booked for 2 guests, however 6 guests arrived, including unauthorized guests, which exceeded the booking terms and impacted sleeping arrangements. The listing accurately reflects the amenities and capacity for the reserved guest count. While we strive to accommodate whenever possible, emergencies paired with booking violations can create unavoidable challenges. We appreciate understanding and transparency from all guests.

Host didn’t bother to turn off battery alarm! Went the entire time! Simply replacing it would have been much appreciated! Eric was a bit impatient with me, not appreciated! Unit needs work, used blue paint tape to seal air leak, ice trays would be nice!

Great weekend

The property is in a wonderful neighborhood and very close to OSU. Spent weekend with my daughter for a college visit. Property was perfect with two beds in separate rooms and fully functional kitchen. Hosts respond immediately to any questions. Thank you!!

Eric, was very easy to reach and responsive...the coffee maker broke in the am, he had a new one there in the afternoon. Responsive to all questions and needs....place was beyond nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again when back in town.

Cozy 1 bedroom close to downtown Columbus

Perfect 1 bedroom apartment to stay for overnight stays close to downtown Columbus. Stayed here for a weekend volleyball tournament for my son at the Convention Center. Host was very gracious and helpful.

Eric called me 2 hours before check in to tell me apartment was not available! I tried to communicate with him over 24 hours in advance through VRBO, text and call and no response! Horrible experience I would not trust this guy! Don’t risk it! I would hate to see it happen to someone else as well. I am trying to get a refund but nothing as of now! DON’T DO IT!

Great location

We stayed one night and it met all of our needs. It’s an old Victorian house so it has some quirks but the apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Eric was having issues with the VRBO app but he always answered his phone or text messages when we needed him. We would stay again!

Walkable location

Location was great. Easy walk to restaurants/bars. Would be nice to be able to cast to the tv from a smartphone. The screen mirroring on the tv didn’t work for us.
