Misrepresented accommodations

The “owner” was never in contact before the trip. The place looked nothing like the pictures. The motel Is a Quality Inn. It was filthy outside and the room seemed seedy, we immediately left and I have asked my bank to get my fees back, Seriously, I used to own a home years ago and we used VRBO to rent for vacations. This was nothing like a home nor was it even suitable in any way. I had a last minute trip and had to take my son to San Jose. This location was a total shock when first drove in. If this represents what VRBO sells today, their reputation has gone down immensely.
