This elegant one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features a queen mattress, and the living area offers a full-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need to cook delicious meals.

We loved staying here. The place is very clean and the back yard area with the Hot-tub was a great addition. Getting into the hot-tub after our concert was a great way to end the night. We will definitely book again if ever in the Tampa area!

Great hidden gem

The place was clean and check in and checkout process was very easy. Great location! This was my husband and I first time in Tampa. We were down here for a concert for a few days and this place had everything that we needed..

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

From the moment we checked in, everything was amazing. The host is very nice gives clear directions and instructions while staying. The property was very clean and beautiful. It was overall a fantastic experience and I 100% recommend it to anyone and everyone that is planning a stay around the area. My wife and I will definitely be staying again in the future!

Our stay at Paradise in Brandon was excellent. Getting there and checking in was very easy. All communication with owner was prompt and thorough. Property was clean and had all necessary amenities. Having the hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing after a long day out and about. Location was great for the midflorida amphitheater and driving into downtown tampa only took about 20 minutes or so. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Everything was great. Very happy with everything. It does take quite a while to heat up the hot tub, so plan a few hours ahead. Would stay again, for sure.

All hot tubs take at least 3-4 hours to heat up to the desired temperature. We pre-heat the hot tub before any guests arrive to cut that time in half, that way it is ready to enjoy when you arrive. Clean& quiet

My husband and I were there for our Granddaughters wedding. It was wonderful as it was immaculate, quiet & the perfect size for the two of us. The hot tub was a much welcome feature at the end of very hot days. Would rent this again if the opportunity arose. the host was wonderful.

My overall opinion on this place is five star. Very clean, conveniently located, and the large hot tub was a great perk. The owner is extremely nice, immediately responsive, and very helpful. Bit of an extra, holiday lights in this very nice neighborhood were beautiful this time of year;) Just a relaxing, pleasant & seamless stay.

Near Cross Creek Ranch

My husband was officiating a wedding at Cross Creek Ranch which was 10 minutes away from this VRBO. The jacuzzi was great. The apartment had everything we needed. Easy check in & out. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed. The only thing they could add is a mirror dirctly above the bathroom sink.

Quiet Escape

The place was beautiful, and quiet. The neighborhood was super quiet as well too. Had arrived late due to some mishaps however host was accommodating. The only thing is i didn't know how to heat up or use the hot tub, so some instructions there would be nice. Definitely plan on staying here again as its perfect stay for couples.

Great little find

The property has mostly everything you need. One bedroom, a bathroom, a living room area with a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Plus there is a large patio with a hot tub. The only thing missing was a washer/dryer. The description did not say one was included or anything but it would be an added bonus. We would stsy there again.

Amazing. Exactly what I expected.

First I would like to say Elaura and her Husband made the check in process very simple. I even needed to check in earlier and they made an attempt to make it happen without making me feel any way. They laid out all instructions through text and made all the rules clear. The house was very clean and everything looks new or is still in great condition. They provided more than enough clean linen and told me if I needed any more feel free to ask. They gave me great privacy as I wouldn’t have even known they were home if I did not need their assistance to learn to work the hot tub/ Jacuzzi. They also have a smoking designated area which is located conveniently next to the Jacuzzi with a small bar area That can sit about 4 people if I remember correct. I apologize for not remembering your husbands name as I am very bad with names and because I checked the text messages I was able to at least get your name. Thank you both as I had a great time and would love to stay again if I am ever in Tampa.
