My husband and I live in Bellville, Texas. We love to play tennis and golf. We are very involved in our church and love our church family. We are new to being a host, but are anticipating that we will enjoy it.

Jamaica Beach subdivision gives you access to the bay via the canals. It is also close proximity to the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful. It has a coastal vibe!

Moby Dick's is a brand new property. It was completed in late summer 2023. The house is spacious with plenty of beds without feeling overcrowded. Master bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have blackout curtains making for a wonderful night's sleep. The kitchen is a chef's dream. State of the art appliances along with plenty of bakeware and cookware make cooking a pleasurable experience. The dining table seats 10. The breakfast table seats 4. The kitchen bar seats 3. This is enough seating to accommodate 17 people. Plus, there is dining for 8 more on the deck just outside the front door. There are a couple of kayaks and bicycles for guests to enjoy. Take off in a kayak from the boat dock right behind the house, or jump on a bicycle and ride to the beach, which is about a mile away. Adding to the adventure is the swimming pool. It is designed as a water volleyball pool so it is multifunctional. To top it all off, the inside of the house is decorated to radiate a coastal vibe!
