Perfect Place to See the 2024 Solar Eclipse

We had the luxury of being the 1st people into the house following the kitchen and bathroom renovations. They did an excellent work on the renovations. We enjoyed watching the ships pass-by read books by the fire and cook in the new kitchen. Kids enjoyed playing on the hill and the beach, even with the River temp near freezing.

Gorgeous view!!

We have been traveling to the 1000 islands for many years!! This is the first year we have decided to stay somewhere different and for the most part had an awesome experience!! Everything was very clean and put together the screened in porch was another big plus to be able to watch all the ships!! I think my only real complaint was how long it took for anyone to get back to me! My confirmation email came but had no check in information for key codes or anything so I messaged the host and I still have not received a response! But otherwise very lovely and nice place to stay right on the channel!!
