The condo was an excellent location. Flora-Bama was less than a mile away. It was perfect for a girls trip to the beach. The view from the master bedroom was amazing. Everything was clean. There was a closet in the parking garage that had beach chairs and boogie boards that we were not made aware of; we happened up on it our last night there. We purchased beach chairs and umbrellas from the attendant on the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for the perfect score and for sharing your experience at Broadmoor 1105. We're glad the location worked so well—being under a mile from Flora-Bama is definitely a plus—and that the master bedroom view and cleanliness met your expectations. Sorry we didn’t make the parking-garage closet with beach chairs and boogie boards clear in the listing; I’m glad you found it and we’ll update our guest information so future visitors know about it. We’re happy you had a great girls’ trip and would love to host you again. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Everything was great! Just one little thing. The clothes dryer was a little noisy like, squeaking/squealing sound.

This is a wonderful property. The check-in was stressful bc the host did not provide instructions, regarding the lockbox being in a stairwell. Also, only one roll of toilet paper/bathroom & one roll of paper towels was provided for a 5 night stay, and no laundry supplies & very minimum toiletries. Finally, there needs to be a window shade on the window by the dining table.
