Amenities include a beautiful tiled bathroom, an office nook and fast wifi for remote work, a king-sized Tempurpedic bed, and a private deck with rocking chairs and a patio table for two. The well-stocked kitchen has an induction cooktop, a microwave with air fryer and convection abilities, and a toaster.
There is a washer and dryer in the apartment for your exclusive use. You will have your own private, key-pad entrance and off-street parking space.
Our neighborhood is centrally located on a quiet street. Multiple parks are within walking distance. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, shopping, MSU, and the hospital.
It is a 7 minute drive to downtown, 6 minute drive to Montana State University, and 17 minutes to the airport. Bridger Bowl and Big Sky Ski Resort are 30 and 60 minutes drives respectively, while Yellowstone National Park is 1.5 hours away.
*Important to note* - This apartment shares walls with our residence and is over our garage. While every effort was made to insulate the spaces for noise, some sound transfer is likely. No one has complained of noise, but we want you to be aware that this is not a stand-alone unit. We also recently completed the construction of this apartment and have yet to install some of the landscaping, so please pardon the dirt.

The garage under the apartment is our personal garage and is not accessible to guests. Permit number STR23-00048
