The house was great. Convenient location to amenities, and beautiful view. One thing to note that needs to get repaired- the doors leading into the bedrooms do not shut properly.

The house was very nice and comfortable. We did find several cockroaches and some ants in the kitchen. My biggest complaint is about limiting toilet paper for our stay. I shouldn’t have to buy toilet paper to stay in a house I paid 2200 for four days.

Thank you Lisa for the review. Unfortunately that is what the property manager provides. They call it a starter kit and we do verify that in the information that we provide as the rental company. Being in the Maritime Forest we do have a lot of animals and insects as I am sure you experienced. If ever you need anything while on island please never hesitate to reach out. Great accommodations, resort, and location

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for the family and in an amazing location. A quick walk or bike ride to the beach, pool, and golf. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Warning - be prepared to be inundated by confusing emails with instructions on your stay. I found the communication to be very difficult to consume, but we ultimately figured it out and loved our vacation.

Some of our emails is information that the town wants to be shared to guest so they are aware . We are a private gated community and not a resort and that is why we make sure the guests are informed. Vacation

Location was great. Condo was in great shape. Everything went well other than having ants on the kitchen counter. If those are taken care of the property was awesome!

We loved our stay here! The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to the Beach Club. It’s also one of the few rentals on the island that actually includes Beach Club access, which made a huge difference for us. The community pool is only a few steps from the apartment as well.The house itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. We especially enjoyed the three different decks, each offering a peaceful view of the pond and surrounding nature. The wildlife was incredible, we saw dolphins strand‑feeding, alligators, and so many beautiful birds. It’s also ideal if you’re traveling with a dog. The island allows dogs off‑leash on the beach before 10am and after 5pm, which was such a gift.You do have to fill out several forms and download the island’s club app ahead of time, which is a bit time‑consuming, but once you arrive everything is seamless and easy.We would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended.
