About this property

Welcome to "I Will Always Love You," or as our family likes to call it - The Dolly House! This newly remodeled house is located in the heart of Sevierville, and is just minutes away from attractions like Dollywood. Grocery stores and shopping is convenient and close, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is around 8 miles down the road.

This unique vacation home is set up with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Along with a vintage inspired kitchen, dining room that seats 6 and a living room with huge smart TV and wood-burning fireplace, there is a Primary room (The Yee Haw Room) with a King bed and attached bath, and 2 additional rooms on the main level (The Howdy Room w/ 2 queens, and the Bee Room with 1 queen bed). Additional sleeping and living area is located downstairs in the Dolly Room with 2 twin beds and a ton of character!

I Will Always Love You is the perfect getaway for families, girls trips, or any Dolly Parton lover!

Loved this gem! Trendy and cute! Plenty of space for everyone. Easy to get to and convenient. Great for family but would be a great girls trip too!

Eclectic home, needs a little extra love to be perfect

First the owner was super friendly and accommodating which was great! The style of the house was very retro and cool in its design. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable overall but their are a few need to knows before booking.. 1) the yard of the property was extremely overgrown and unkept which made entering the home a little difficult and their was a gravel pile u had to walk over to get to path 2) their is only 1 full bathroom with shower and tub and a half bath, just wish this was more prevalent in the description 3) their is no microwave which was strange 4) their wasn’t clear departure instructions 5) the lower level beds are right near a door that exits to the yard which could be an issue with super young kids

Cute and comfy, close to everything

The house is as pictured! We had a little snafu with the electronic lock to get into the house but the host was incredibly responsive and quick to fix the issue. A few minor things: there is only 1 tub/shower so there are only 1.5 baths total, not 2 as listed. Additionally, the parking is at basement level. Not a huge deal, we just parked on the street to unload/load our cars when we arrived and left and moved them to the basement level to park. Just wanted to make note for anyone with accessibility issues. Overall, this is a unique stay that is extremely close to everything in pigeon forge and only a short drive to gatlinburg. Would stay here again for sure!
