Thank you for staying with us and we do hope to have you back soon!
Ms. B is the BEST hostess, she is a joy to interact with and a wonderful cook! The home is beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend this B& B in Eureka Springs. This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back!
First of all, Patricia (aka Mrs B) is a gem! She’s a wonderful host. She made us feel so welcome and at home. Her breakfasts were wonderful too. The house was so comfortable a cozy. The weather was suddenly very unpleasant so we spent all day Sunday enjoying the fireplace, watching tv and chatting. It was blustery outside but toasty inside. The house has enough modern conveniences but still feels very historic at the same time. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and found them to be very comfortable. We’d definitely book here again.

The rooms and house were nicely appointed, with extras like a bottled water and homemade cookie placed in each room. Breakfast was prepared by the lovely hostess, Miss B, who created delicious egg creations, as well as tasty baked treats for us each morning.

The property was a beautiful old house on a beautiful street, one we had never seen before on our many trips there. The manager met us when we arrived and we were very impressed with her involvement and knowledge of the town. My sisters, niece and I all enjoyed our stay there

The BB was very nice. Many of our party of 8 had never stayed at a BB before. They were very impressed. Special thanks to Patricia for making our stay so great. We couldn't ask for a better hostess.

We had an amazing time during our stay. House was beautiful and filled with character. Ms. B was the best part. She was an absolute joy from the start. She made delightful breakfasts to accommodate our dietary needs; she’s an excellent cook. She even made a birthday cake for one of us and sent us home with the leftover. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with recommendations. We would definitely recommend.

Family weekend
I use VRBO about 5 times a year. This property ended up being a B&B that did not have a kitchen. The bathrooms had plumbing issues. It was very clean which was appreciated.

We value all reviews, although, in this instance, the disappointment arises from a misalignment of expectations. When confirming the arrival time the guest, they notified us that they did not realize that we operate as a Bed and Breakfast, and they requested "No contact" during their stay, which we honored. As stated in our listing we operate as a true B&B with an onsite hostess who provides a fabulous breakfast. Look at our other reviews and see the many compliments we receive on our breakfast service! We are attentive to guests, therefore, we promptly address any issues during a guest's stay. Despite the guest's claim of a plumbing issue, we received no notification from them and found no issues after their stay. While we are open to accommodating requests, we excel at serving guests seeking a full-service bed and breakfast experience.
My first B&B experience and Ms Patricia spoiled us. All 6 adults loved the stay and are already talking about a return trip next year. The uniquely designed rooms were darling. The breakfast awesome Snacks available all the time. I think I gained 5 lbs Ms Patricia has the best personality and full of knowledge of the local history and we shared conversations about other topics. She was so easy to talk to Eureka Springs is such a gem to find. The houses in the community are gorgeous and the town is rich in history. The Passion Play (the reason we were there), was amazing. Everyone should experience the play at least once. We loved everything about this trip

Thank you, Connie! I'm thrilled to hear you and your group enjoyed your first B&B experience with us. Your kind words truly warm my heart. We can't wait to welcome you back for another wonderful stay in Eureka Springs!
We had the best two night girls trip in Eureka Springs! This BNB was everything we could have hoped for… super comfortable, very clean and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, Patricia made us feel completely at home. She is warm, welcoming, thoughtful and truly one of a kind. Each morning she cooked us a delicious homemade breakfast that made our stay feel extra special. She’s the kind of “adopted granny”. If you’re looking for a cozy, relaxing place with incredible hospitality, this is it. We will absolutely be back!
