Welcome to your 30A Turtle Time at Seagrove Beach! Centrally located on the historic 30A roadway featuring hike and bike trails, delicious eats, and dreamy scenery including two nearby beach access points. Surrounded by pine and palm trees, our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom retreat is located on .4 acres and sits back secluded from the main street engulfed by nature.

After a relaxing day soaking up the sun and sand at the beach, take a dip in the community pool located closely at the front of the property or enjoy our tree covered firepit with family and friends for smores and drinks by the fire! Or grab fresh seafood from Goatfeathers Seafood Market to cook up at the house!

Walking distance to great restaurants including the famous Café Thirty A, The Perfect Pig, Dough Sea Dough Donuts, Hokulia Shaved Ice & Ice Cream, Prema Organic Café, and more!

A quick 3 minute drive to Seaside to explore Bud & Ally's Waterfront Restaurant, The Great Southern Café, and the many other restaurants and shops. Or visit Old Florida Fish House for live music, drinks, and dinner.

Don't forget to make time for Grayton Beach State Park to see the only protected mangrove forest of its kind outside of New Zealand and Australia! Before heading back to the house enjoy a cocktail and live music at Red Bar!

The house was perfect for my entire family… My 84-year-old father, my teenage daughters and my sister and I. We brought our dog too, and he was just as happy. The house is fully stocked for all your kitchen needs if you want to cook your own meals. Goatfeathers is a couple blocks away. Best fish market! Beach is a hop, skip and a jump as well!

Turtle-y awesome family trip!

Where do i even begin? Before even arriving the owners were so incredibly accommodating and helpful to our unique situations. Upon arriving, we were blown away by how adorable the outside was and how beautiful the inside was! My kids absolutely loved the small neighborhood and pool, the incredible restaurants close by and the different beach access points close by! We had such a wonderful time that we already are planning our next visit!!!!

Lovely place to stay near Seaside, Fl. Well equipped, lovely home. Great outdoor space to sit around a fire which is unusual with properties near the beach. Easy to get to by rideshare or with a car. Can't beat the views on 30A!

Home Away From Home

We loved every minute of our getaway to Turtle Time. It’s so comfortable and has all the luxuries of home. Huge lot and an easy stroll to the beach. The pool is amazing too and you’re close to everything 30A had to offer! We’ll be back!

Beautiful surroundings in the best location!

A true beach house in a perfect location! Everything you need is a short walk away, ocean, shopping and restaurants. The well stocked kitchen was a true pleasure! No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bikes and toys for the kids because it was all provided!! Can’t wait for our next stay! Thanks for a great time!

Great house, close walk to the beach and activities. I loved that we had bikes with the house so that we didn’t have to rent. We rode to the beach, donuts, Cafe 30a, the seafood market…Great hosts and so easy to work with. A wonderful experience!!

Awesome 30A home

We loved our stay at 30A Turtle Time. The location is as ideal for us. Close to awesome restaurants, beach access, and the home was perfect for us as the cul-de-sac location combined with the heavy and beautiful landscaping provided a ton of privacy. The fire pit was great to sit around with friends in the evening as well. The kitchen is perfect for cooking at home and there are multiple fresh seafood stores close by. We will be back!!

Clean and comfortable

This was our first family vacation to Florida and this place suited us well. It is a nice quiet beach town. We have 4 kids and there was plenty of space in the house and things to do nearby. The house is close enough to walk to pick up pizza and ice cream. I would suggest bringing a wagon with you (we did) or planning on renting a golf cart to help haul stuff down to the beach- especially if you have younger kids. However, the walk to the beach is not too long. We will definitely be coming back to Santa Rosa Beach next year!

Perfect spot on 30A!

We really loved our stay at Turtle Time! Not only is the house immaculate, but it’s in the perfect location! It’s a 5 minute walk to coffee, restaurants, beach, bike rentals, gas station, etc. It’s tucked in a private community, which is perfect for kids to run around or a quiet getaway. The community has a pool, grills, and sunbathing chairs. This house is the only one with a huge yard and a fire pit - it’s really top notch and the best house. Katie and Jason were so accommodating during my stay and quick with communication. Stop your search and just book it! You’ll be so glad you did!

Spring Break Fun

My friend and I took our daughters to Turtle Time for spring break. Our first impression was that the house was so charming and we loved the cul de sac it sits on. Surrounded by trees and just a short walk from the seaside, this vacation home is an absolute gem. When you enter, you are greeted by a warm and cozy living area. Everything was clean. The owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes, which were all huge positives for us. We did not have room for those things in the car and would have spent a good amount to rent them. There are lots of places within walking distance or short drives. We enjoyed Angelina's right around the corner. Picked it up one night when walking home from the beach. We also utilized the community grills to cook hamburgers. The pool area was nice. We would definitely return and recommend!

Beware of security deposit scam

Beware of security deposit scam. These owners lost on vrbo but then make you go through their own private website for communication and renter agreement. After leaving the house a picture was sent to me of bunk bed damage. It was an old poorly constructed bed that had a support bar fallen on the ground. There was no damage from our group. Only two young girls staying in this room with their elderly grandparents. It was clear from the picture that there were no screws in this support bar and it was either already damaged and propped backed up or never properly installed to begin with. Do not book with this rental. They are clearly running scams and you can see on their IG they advertise free stays where no one actually wins their raffles. All a scam to boost their views. DO NOT TRUST.Can see from photo this “broken bed” had been missing screws and broken way before our stay.

We take guest feedback seriously and are disappointed by this review, as it does not reflect the full context of the stay. First and foremost, we thoroughly investigated the bunk bed issue. While we originally withheld the security deposit for the damage, after reviewing the circumstances, we issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill—even though the damage did not exist prior to this guest’s stay. Unfortunately, we must also clarify several important lease violations: • The guest signed a rental agreement (a standard practice in our industry), yet did not stay on the property during the reservation, which is a direct breach of that agreement. • Upon check-in review, our team found that the number of occupants far exceeded our maximum occupancy policy, which is grounds for immediate eviction per our terms. We chose not to evict the group in real time out of courtesy. As for our Instagram giveaway, we’re happy to share that our stay giveaway has a confirmed winner, who is already booked for October and excited for their trip. We love giving back to our community and sharing the joy of our space. We remain committed to offering a safe, family-friendly, and transparent experience for all our guests—and we continue to hold our renters to the same standard of honesty and respect we offer in return. — 30A Turtle Time Owners
