The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please remove bedding and towels and leave them in the laundry room. There are laundry baskets in the basement bathroom, mastercloset and laundry room.
Please take all trash and put in the dumpster that is in the driveway.
Please lock sliding glass door and front door and door going into the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not wear shoes in the house please.
No parties. Maximum of 9 guests. Quiet time between 10pm - 6am
Remove all garbage and put in the dumpster in the driveway.
