Step into your custom condo with stylistic interiors & expansive views. Relax out in the hot tub or inside. Watch your 75" TV or simply pour yourself a drink and kickback. Need privacy? There is a 2nd bedroom with another 55" TV, seating and activity table area. Get creative in the kitchen big enough for everyone to help out in. Toast life and enjoy the shimmering lights of the town below as the sun sets on another day in paradise. This is how we've enjoyed this Crested Butte gem, now it is your turn.

Large living room has an oversized sofa, two stylish chairs, chaise, 75" Smart TV with Sonos so you can sign in to your favorite streaming service or watch the included Samsung TV Plus, dining area for 4, and breakfast bar area for 4. All this with views of the Paradise Divide, Whetstone, Red Lady, Axtel and Gothic mountains as well as Mt Crested Butte from the deck. Two bedrooms. In the master is a king bed, luxury linens, small sitting area and private en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with 2 twins set in an aspen log bunkbed with luxury linens, a 55" TV, sitting area, arcade game and access to a full 2nd bath. The kitchen has stainless appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher & small appliances like coffee maker/grinder, toaster and crockpot. Enjoy the outdoor dining and grilling areas and feel free to relax with a soak in the hot tub under the stars.

You have access to one large balcony from your back door with a Weber electric grill as well as access to one large shared deck below with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. You will have access to the complexes' private parking lot. Bring your car, drive it around or park it and take the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac! Winter bus service every 30 minutes at location during the winter months. Summer bus service is a five to nine minute walk from the condo.

1) Winter conditions exist! We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent.
2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent.
3) Full size washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included!
4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Pack n Play (just bring their linen) and Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes, gently used toys & books and arcade game in the residence for your child's enjoyment.
5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush.
6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit.
7) STRICKLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a seat outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Peace.
8) Common area charcoal grill deck and hot tub areas open 8am-10pm max.
9) Quiet time in the unit is from 10:00pm to 8:00am, please respect the neighbors.
10) 2 dog maximum. $100 additional pet fee per stay will be charged. Please clean up after your dog with bags provided in the entryway. Bags must be disposed of in the trash dumpster in the parking lot prior to your departure. Absolutely no dogs on the furniture as it will be inspected after each rental. Damage to furniture will result in a set replacement with matching pieces if necessary and extra cleaning charges may apply. If your dog is reported barking you may be asked to keep it with you or remove it from the residence.
11. Cameras monitor the exterior entrances.
12. Early check-in/late check-out is currently not available due to shortage of staff in Colorado resort towns.
