I stayed here with my family and a friends family. We had 3 kids 6months-6years. It was super family friendly, clean, and comfortable! We would 100% stay here again if we are in the Quincy area. It was also less than 5 mins to all stores, restaurants, bowling alley, and parks we visited.

Nice home in Quincy

The home is nice. However I hope it will be cleaner next time. I was disappointed with the linens and towels. The mattresses being on the floor without a bed frame was also weird. That being said I will reserve this home again.

College housing

This is obviously college housing. I’m assuming the students went home for the summer and someone was trying to make up for it being empty. The towels were a step below a rag. Several towels had bleach marks all over them. One of the beds was filled with crumbs so my daughters slept in another room. Another room didn’t have pillow cases. Lots of air fryers but no coffee maker. On the plus side it was a quiet neighborhood and easy parking. The air conditioning worked well and there were lots of fans. If you’re young and visiting the college this is a good option. But for us, we expect things to be cleaner and the linens to be better quality and freshly washed.
