Double booked the house and cancelled on us. (Eclipse stay)

We arrived for our stay but someone else was already in the house. This host double booked it so he could get more money (we had rented with a discount). We had to scramble for a place to stay. VRBO cancelled and refunded but we were forced to find rooms at a much higher price. This was our first and last stay with VRBO.

Perfect place!

We stayed here for five nights. There were six of us including myself, my husband, our kids age 19 and 21 and my 80 year old parents. We came into town from California to go to a Buffalo Bills game and tailgate with the bills mafia. This is a very nice property. Very centrally located. Approximately 20 minutes from Highmark Stadium. About seven minutes from the airport. Close to shopping. Everything was just as pictured. We had a little trouble with the heating, but Travis was very easy to get a hold of, and he fixed our problem right away. Nice kitchen and large open living room area. Clean. Good showers. Comfy beds. Nice washer and dryer in the basement. Well stocked with TP, paper towels, coffee pods , washer and dryer pods and sheets.Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Highly recommend the place! Property was exactly as described online and in the photos. Travis is a jewel and promptly replied to our inquiries! A slight issue with the thermostat, no manual on how to lower or increase heat. But managed to figure it out. Overall, fully stocked, very clean and spacious. Will not disappoint.

Amazing family vacation home

Yes, it is exactly as advertised! Perfect for our family of 5. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the triple bunk bed was great for our girls. The common area was open and spacious, we even played hide and seek.
